Former Arizona Republican Rep. Trent Franks is seeking to win back the House seat he gave up during the height of the #MeToo movement in 2017. The eight-term congressman admitted to discussing the topic of surrogacy with two of his female staff members in 2015 while he and his wife were struggling with fertility issues.
