Kargil (Ladakh) [India], July 26 (ANI): Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi on Friday laid a wreath at the Kargil War Memorial in Drass on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas. He also paid tribute to the soldiers who lost their lives in the 1999 Kargil War.
