A toddler and a schoolgirl have been stabbed in a “truly shocking” attack in East London. Metropolitan Police officers were called at around 5.35pm to reports of three people being injured in First Avenue, Dagenham. A two-year-old boy, eight-year-old girl and their mother have been taken to hospital for treatment. Scotland Yard is waiting for an update on the condition of the young boy and woman.
