The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, says its office in Benin City, Edo has been ravaged by flood. The National Commissioner and Chairman of the Information and Voter Education Committee, Mr Sam Olumekun, said this in a statement on Saturday in Abuja. He stated that the flood damaged a section of the building and destroyed voter registration machines and other items.
