Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a teenage boy, missing for three weeks, who has links to Bishop’s Stortford. Officers are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of 17-year-old Elijah, from Cheshunt, was last seen on Monday September 2 at around 4pm. He is described as around 6ft 2in tall, of slim build with plaited, dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing a grey and black tracksuit.
