British public transport provider FirstGroup plc has announced that it has signed a deal to acquire a Yorkshire-based bus firm to expand its offering in the region. FirstGroup announced on Friday that it will acquire York Pullman Bus Company Ltd also to provide profitable growth opportunities in North Yorkshire in adjacent services markets.
