Wisbech Rose Fair is finally set to return this weekend (Saturday) after a break of five years – and it promises to be full of fun. This year there will be a walking parade of groups, organisations, and volunteers headed by Rose Queen, Ella Stanier a 17-year-old student at Meadowgate Academy. The parade will take place twice – as is the tradition – once at 11am and then again at 2pm and it will also include donkeys.
