The Police in Lagos State have arrested two men, who self-identified as scavengers, over the alleged murder of a man known only as Friday, who reportedly exposed their nefarious activity. SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the spokesperson for the command, confirmed the arrest to the News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, on Saturday.
