Helping Herts’ founders Gordon Morrison and Jim Tatchell are preparing to walk the equivalent of six marathons in 12 days. The pair are veterans of the Hertfordshire Way and will once again be covering 156 miles between April 20 and May 2. Helping Herts, the official charity for Stort Valley Rotary Club, was established in 2021 and raises funds for 12 charities supporting children’s welfare in the county – including Grove Cottage in Bishop’s Stortford.
