Teens are typically sleepy – and the sleepiest of them all may be the most popular ones. A team of researchers has examined how popularity in school affects teenagers’ sleeping habits. They found that popular teenagers sleep up to 27 minutes less than their less popular peers – and that popular girls, but not boys, experience more insomnia symptoms.
