West Ham United have officially completed a deal to sign Kalvin Phillips on loan from Manchester City for the remainder of the season. Kalvin Phillips is now a West Ham player until the end of the season, although it is suggested that we have an option to buy the 28-year-old permanently from Manchester City in the summer.
