CLEARWATER, Fla. \- Clearwater Police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue responded to a vehicle-versus-pedestrian call this morning in the 400 block of South Gulfview Boulevard on Clearwater Beach. A preschool-aged boy was struck by a car and sustained potentially life-threatening injuries. He was flown to All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg by medical helicopter, according to police. Traffic homicide investigators are on the scene.
