Tommy Robinson has been charged under the Terrorism Act after handing himself in at a police station in Kent. Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, is accused of failing to provide the pin number to his mobile phone in Folkestone on July 28. The 41-year-old, of no fixed address, was charged at the town’s police station earlier today. He has been remanded to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on November 13.
