The Hungarian parliament is expected to ratify Sweden’s accession to NATO on Monday. Lawmakers are set to vote on Sweden’s NATO membership application in the first plenary session after parliament’s return from the winter break. A vote is expected in the afternoon. Parliamentary committees have already approved the ratification. Now all that is missing is the assent of the full assembly.
