A 7-year-old girl has died in the eastern German city of Leipzig following an apparent incident involving her 13-year-old older sister, police reported on Saturday. Police were called to an apartment block in the Kleinzschocher district of the city on Friday evening, where they found the seriously injured 7-year-old. She was taken to hospital, where she later died. According to the police, the girl’s 13-year-old sister is currently being treated in a specialist clinic. Leipzig police said they were investigating the incident and declined to provide further details.
