The semiconductor giant Intel has disappointed Wall Street with its outlook for the current quarter. Shares fell by almost 11% in after-hours trading on Thursday. Intel forecast revenues of between $12.2 billion and $13.2 billion for the current quarter. Analysts had expected an average of around $14 billion. The forecast for adjusted earnings per share also fell well short of expectations.
