Russian President Vladimir Putin’s spokesman said the Kremlin is accusing Germany of hostility. “It is no secret that Germany is on course for a sharp confrontation with Russia,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Friday, according to the Interfax news agency.
