Units at a derelict factory which was engulfed by a fire earlier this year have been listed on Rightmove. In June, a blaze ripped through the Delphi factory, in Newton Road, Sudbury, which has been empty since 2020 following the closure of Delphi Diesel Systems, causing hundreds of job losses. The site has also seen repeated incidents of vandalism and anti-social behaviour.
