Last year, an Atlantic City casino executive moved to buy a golf course just a few miles from the Jersey Shore. After months of legal challenges to a deed restriction, the sale of Mays Landing Country Club in Hamilton Township in Atlantic County was completed late last month for $2.25 million, tax records show.
