European aerospace company Airbus said its net income for the first quarter rose to €595 million ($638 million) or €0.76 per share from €466 million or €0.59 per share last year. Consolidated EBIT adjusted decreased to €577 million from €773 million last year. Consolidated revenues for the first quarter rose 9% to €12.83 billion from €11.76 billion last year. A total of 142 commercial aircraft were delivered compared to 127 aircraft in the prior year.
