A victim left with life-changing injuries by Nottingham triple-killer Valdo Calocane has called for a public enquiry into the “disappointing” sentence. Wayne Birkett, of Newark, was hit by a van that drove into him intentionally in Nottingham city centre in the early hours of June 13 last year.
