WINTER HAVEN, Fla. \- Police in Winter Haven need your help in locating 23-year-old Artavious Reshawn Smith. Smith is wanted on a felony armed robbery and grand theft auto warrant. According to Heartland Crime Stoppers, on January 12, 2024, at approximately 10:13 p.m., Smith arrived at building seven at Abby Lane Apartments, where the victim was sitting inside a vehicle just outside of the building.
