A MAN has been sent to the crown court charged with bank fraud. Timothy Collins appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, May 9. The 60-year-old, formerly of North End, Newbury, and currently said to be of no fixed address, is accused of impersonating another in order to fraudulently transfer cash from their bank account in Windsor, Berkshire, between August 31, 2017, and June 23, 2020.
