Liz Truss highlighted the “essential” services on offer during a visit to the recently opened temporary banking hub in Downham Town Hall. The town’s Lloyds branch closed its doors for the final time yesterday, leaving residents without a full-time bank. On Friday, Ms Truss, the South West Norfolk MP, made a trip to the new Cash Access UK hub.
