Algeria just inaugurated the largest mosque in Africa. The president of the country, Abdelmadjid Tebboune oversaw the inauguration of the monument. The mosque known as the Grand Mosque of Algiers or the Great Mosque of Algiers or Djamaa el Djazaïr in the native tongue, is the largest in Africa and the third largest in the world.
