West Ham United were soundly beaten by Liverpool in the Carabao Cup at Anfield tonight. It was more frustration for West Ham on Merseyside as Liverpool eased through to the fourth round of the Carabao Cup. Julen Lopetegui made sweeping changes form the team that lost 3-0 to Chelsea on Saturday, and there were actually some positive to take, especially from the first-half.
