A plea has been made to help the array of orphaned animals which are currently being cared for by staff at an RSPCA centre. There is currently a baby boom at the RSPCA East Winch Wildlife Centre, including hedgehogs, owlets, fawns, seal pups, and even bats as “orphan season” takes hold. But as a result, the centre’s cupboards are almost bare and staff are in desperate need of more small towels and blankets from kind-hearted supporters.
