Global content and technology company Thomson Reuters Corporation reported on Monday the acquisition of Sweden’s Pagero Group. The purchase follows its recommended public offer for around 8.1 billion Swedish kronor ($800 million). Pagero provides e-invoicing and indirect tax solutions, which it delivers through its Smart Business Network.
