A Monmouth County man facing murder and attempted murder charges was extradited to New Jersey from Virginia on Wednesday, the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office said on Thursday. Eric Manzanares, 24, of Asbury Park, allegedly killed Nymere Tinsley, 25, of Brick Township, at a Toms River hookah lounge in 2022, it was previously reported. Manzanares was arrested on April 7, 2023, in Prince William County, Virginia, the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office said.
