Despite glitches, supporters of Vice President Kamala Harris broke the record for the largest Zoom meeting ever and raised more than $1 million for her presidential campaign in less than an hour Thursday night. The Zoom fundraising event dubbed “White Women: Answer the Call” asked women nationwide to join the livestream chat and invite their contacts to support Harris, with speakers including the popstar Pink and actress Connie Britton.
