A teenager has been released on bail after being arrested in Diss on Monday on suspicion of eight offences. A post on South Norfolk Police’s Facebook page said an officer was driving down Victoria Road when a vehicle started making erratic movements to avoid being spotted. He observed two people abandoned the car at the bottom of a cul-de-sac, before running off.
