Laney Frye might be one of the best female golfers that UK has ever seen. The talented Wildcat was named to the 2024-25 WGCA All-American list as an honorable mention, one of the highest honors a young female golfer can receive. The Nicholasville native ended her season with a 71.0 stroke average in 10 tournaments and 29 rounds.
