In our weekly Memory Lane Schooldays feature, we look back at a poetry writing trip back in April 2001… Sixteen students from Lynn’s Park High School and Springwood High face the camera in April 2001 before leaving the town for a week of poetry writing in West Yorkshire. There were ten Year 7 children from the Park along with teacher Chris Clarke, and six Year 7 from Springwood with teacher Davina Griffiths, making the trip to Lumb Bank, Heptonstall, near Halifax.
