A court heard that a Heacham man who was drug-driving used cannabis to help with chronic pain caused by medical conditions. Michael Salmon, 38, of Sandringham Drive, appeared at Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday where he admitted driving above the specified drug limit. Prosecutor Abdul Khan said that the offence took place on October 12 last year, when police stopped Salmon on South Beach Road in Hunstanton for driving too fast.
