Democratic strategist James Carville this week reveled in the impact that Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign is having on former President Donald Trump’s mental state. Speaking with The New Republic’s Greg Sargent, Carville mused that the MAGA attack machine that successfully hurt Hillary Clinton back in 2016 doesn’t seem to be nearly as sharp as it once was. “His normal stuff doesn’t resonate like it used to,” he argued. “We’re accustomed to it being effective and it just doesn’t have the same ring now.
