Right before heading to the halftime break, LSU quarterback Garrett Nussmeier was stepped on by one of his own guys. Stepping into a pass intended for Kyren Lacy, Nussmeier was soon hobbling around the field but never came off. Even going into the locker room, there was a hitch in his step. No official word has been given but ESPN’s Holly Rowe did ask Brian Kelly what his plan would be if something was wrong.
