South Africa has won the case it filed at the International Court of Justice, seeking to stop Israel’s attack on Gaza. South Africa had approached the court, asking that the ICJ, as a matter of extreme urgency, to ask Israel to immediately suspend its military operations in and against Gaza. The court on Friday ruled on provisional requests from the African nation in the case where the country accused Israel of genocide in Gaza.
