Astana Hub was a major contributor to the 10-fold growth. Exports from its residents amounted to $630.9mn over five years, including $315mn in 2023 alone. The hub’s companies, accounting for around 60% of the Kazakh IT market, were responsible for $145.2mn of Kazakhstan’s $247mn in IT exports in 1H23.
