Parliamentary elections in Lithuania go into their second round on Sunday, overshadowed by the war in Ukraine. Nearly 2.4 million eligible voters in the EU and NATO member state are called upon to decide on the 63 remaining direct mandates in the 141-seat Seimas, or parliament, in the capital Vilnius.
