By Tom Bryant UB40 legend Robin Campbell has told the Mirror of his joy after the band secured their highest charting studio album for 31 years. The band’s new album – now featuring Matt Doyle as lead vocalist, who joined in 2021 to replace Duncan Campbell after he left due to health – debuted at No.5 on Friday. The record, called UB45, marks their most successful studio release since Promises and Lies, which reached No.1 in 1993. Robin told the Mirror how some bands struggle with a brand new singer – but they felt “reinvigorated” as a group. Robin said: “We’re pinching ourselves at being back…
