Penn State quarterback Drew Allar will not start the second half against Wisconsin after suffering a knee injury. Allar left early to the locker room as the Nittany Lions trailed 10-7 at halftime after he came down awkwardly on the final drive of the half. The quarterback came out of halftime wearing a brace on his left knee and attempted to warm up and stay in the game.
