Former Vice Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, Hon Justice Iyasere, has expressed concern over the insecurity, particularly kidnapping, in Delta State. He assured that the state governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, will take effective measures to safeguard the lives and properties of citizens.
