Germany’s Minister of Justice Marco Buschmann has threatened criminal prosecution following the scandal surrounding pro-Palestinian remarks at the Berlin film festival at the weekend. Buschmann told Germany’s Funke media group newspapers that criminal law is well equipped to penalize anti-Semitic statements.
