Atlético Madrid will sign Spain’s Euro 2024-winning defender Robin Le Normand from La Liga rivals Real Sociedad. Atlético said on Saturday that both clubs have agreed on a transfer which will be completed “in the coming days” after Le Normand returns from a post-Euro holiday. France-born Le Normand, 27, played at the San Sebastián club since 2016 and had a contract there until 2026. Spain won a record fourth Euro title on July 14 in Berlin by beating England 2-1.
