The Chicago Sky fired Teresa Weatherspoon Thursday after less than a full year with the franchise, the Chicago Sun-Times’ Annie Costabile reported. After the news broke, Sky forward Angel Reese shared a strong reaction on social media. Reese developed a close relationship with Weatherspoon during her rookie season. She became an All-Star as she set the WNBA record for consecutive double-doubles while averaging 13.6 points and 13.1 rebounds.
