An 85-year-old man has been left without a means of transport after his electric tricycle was stolen from outside a Cambridge church. The tricycle was locked to a metal fence outside Great St Mary’s Church in St Marys Passage, when it was stolen between 12.40pm and 2.15pm on Wednesday (24 January). The electric tricycle is unique, and made from a Raleigh frame, a stainless steel Trykit conversion axle, a Berthoud saddle bag and has two panniers attached filled with books.
