Michigan has hired Jacob Weber as a new football recruiting analyst. Weber previously served as a recruiting assistant at Western Michigan, where he spent the last year and half. Prior to his time with the Broncos, Weber spent a year and a half as a recruiting intern at Indiana. Weber also had a brief stint as the Director of Football Operations for The Spring League. Weber graduated from Indiana in 2022.
