The Samsung Galaxy M35 5G has been unveiled in Brazil. It replaces last year’s Galaxy M34, which was equipped with the Exynos 1280 chipset. The new phone received several updates, a slightly larger display, a new chip, and support for stereo output. Here are the specifications, features, and price of the device.

Specifications and features of Samsung Galaxy M35 5G

The Galaxy M35 5G has a 6.6-inch S-AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1000 nits of brightness. The M35 features an in-display fingerprint sensor and two speakers, replacing the previous model’s side-mounted fingerprint scanner and single speaker.

The front of the Galaxy M35 has a 13-megapixel camera. On the back, there’s a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. It runs Android 14 based on One UI 6.1. The phone is promised to receive Android OS updates for four years and up to five years of security updates.

Under the hood, the Galaxy M35 is equipped with an Exynos 1380 chipset and 8 GB of RAM. The device is equipped with a 6000 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. The retail package does not include a charger. The M35 has 256 GB of internal storage and a microSD card for additional storage.

The Galaxy M35 is equipped with dual-SIM support for 5G and Wi-Fi 6, as well as other connectivity options. The brand claims that the device has an advanced cooling system to dissipate heat. The M35 measures 162.3 x 78.6 x 9.1 mm and weighs 222 grams.

The Galaxy M35 is identical to the Galaxy A35, which debuted earlier this year. Notable differences from the A35 include different color options and a relatively smaller 5000 mAh battery.

In Brazil, the Galaxy M3 5G is available for R$2,699 (~$525). It can be purchased in colors such as navy blue, light blue, and gray. The smartphone is expected to debut in other markets in the coming weeks.
