By Monica Charsley A seven-year-old boy has been killed following a crash between a lorry and car on the M4. Emergency services, including two air ambulances, rushed to the westbound carriageway between junctions 18 and 19, east of Bristol, at 1pm on Tuesday. The lorry was carrying hay bales when it collided with the small car which had five people inside. Despite their best efforts, the boy died at the scene.
