A Burlington County man was convicted Wednesday of killing a man he lured to a Mount Laurel hotel room in order to rob him, authorities said. Jawaad Ali, 32, of Lindenwold, was found guilty of murder, robbery, kidnapping, conspiracy to commit robbery, desecration of human remains, wrongful impersonation and credit card theft, according to a statement from the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office.
